It covers newly registered world patents and leading international organic chemistry journals from 1980 to the present, providing access to more than 400,000 reactions since 1985 and over two million references to date.

Combines searchable structures and reaction data with complete bibliographic data.

With Reaction Citation Index, you can:

  • Explore complete reaction information.
  • Search for information by structure or text.
  • Use cited reference searching to track the literature forward, backward, and through multiple disciplines.
  • Discover how other scientists have used the chemistry; examine the chemistry on which a paper is based, and find hidden subject relationships.

Why choose Reaction Citation Index?

  • Complete reaction information : Includes concise descriptions of the latest syntheses, detailed experimental conditions, full reaction flows, product yields, and key step indicators.
  • Approximately 42,000 reactions and 100,000 references added annually : Thousands of new reactions and references available in monthly updates.
